SAP Senior Manager

Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and technically adept Senior Manager - SAP (Supply Chain) to lead key initiatives. The right candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Supply Chain modules, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a proven record of fostering effective business partnerships.

This role is integral in aligning IT and business strategies, ensuring that SAP Supply Chain solutions are deployed and optimized to meet organizational needs.

Job Responsibilities :

Lead SAP Supply Chain Initiatives :

• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of SAP Supply Chain modules (e.g., MM, IM, WM, EWM).
• Align SAP solutions with business objectives, offering technical leadership and guidance throughout projects.
• Utilize expertise in SAP process design, configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment, and architecture to enable team success.

Stakeholder Management :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Act as the primary contact for SAP Supply Chain concerns, facilitating communication between IT and business teams.

Project Management :

• Manage multiple SAP Supply Chain projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless SAP integration with other business systems.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and acceptance.
• Address complex, unstructured challenges with clarity and adaptability.

Technical Leadership :

• Stay updated on SAP developments and best practices, providing expert guidance.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster continuous learning and development.

Process Optimization :

• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using SAP capabilities to boost supply chain efficiency.
• Work with partners to create innovative solutions that meet changing business requirements.

Risk Management :

Anticipate potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a manufacturing or supply chain field.
• 10+ years of experience managing and mentoring teams in SAP configuration, development, and leadership.
• Proven experience in leading collaborative efforts for delivering enhanced user experiences.
• Strong SAP knowledge, particularly in Supply Chain functions and associated tools (e.g., FIORI, SAC).
• Track record of growing engineering teams and nurturing high-potential talent.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Capable of stepping into project management duties as needed.

Preferred Experience :

• Expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management.
• Familiarity with new SAP technologies such as FIORI, SAC, RPA, AI, and ML.
• Understanding of logistics and shipping operations.
• Experience managing vendors and consultants.
