Project Coordinator - Multi-Residential

What You Will Do

• Apply theoretical project management concepts to live construction projects assisting with budgeting, estimating, scheduling, risk management, quality control, & cost control.
• Log and maintain SI, RFI and shop drawings.
• Assist in maintaining and preparing individual and master project schedules utilizing MS Project.
• Prepare and distribute CCDC 2 and LOI contract documents
• Assist in preparation of project budget items based on HBA standards while generating budget reports.
• Coordinate vendor set up for new trades
• Assist in the tender and bidding process for assigned scopes and present results to production team.
• Negotiate and liaise with contractors on price and contract related issues, including disputes arising during construction.
• Attend meetings, record minutes and distribute to all parties.
• Coordinate project completion & close-out documentation, including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
• Prepare permit applications for ATCO, Enmax etc.
• Review and process consultant and contractor invoices.
• Visit sites when construction is underway and provide progress reports.
• Any other tasks as required.
