Skills

• Full Stack developer - Web applications, UI, Backend, Database, Webservices, and Windows Services
• Problem solving / critical thinking (able to troubleshoot production / support issues)
• Strong communication skills (able to provide updates to the team on regular, internal calls)
• Time Management (able to estimate workload and meet sprint deadlines)
• Pro-active (able to help lead product direction from a technical standpoint)
• Ability to participate in design solutions for complex problems.

Domain Expertise

• Image processing, particularly TIFF & PDF
• Knowledge of the logistics industry, in particular US / CA manifest filings helpful but not required

Non-coding responsibilities

• Working with the customer service team, provide 3rd line support to the application
• Manage monitoring of the application and set up / create alert mechanisms to appropriate teams
• Monitor and address application and database performance, in conjunction with IT, DBAs and Support
• Assist with customer onboarding as required
