Securiguard is hiring professional Retail Security Officers (RSO) to provide a strong customer service-focused security presence in a retail environment. This role emphasizes visibility, professionalism, and proactive reporting to help create a safe and welcoming space for customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a visual theft deterrent
- Maintain a professional presence at store entrances / exits or high-loss areas
- Identify and report risks, hazards, and safety concerns to the Manager on Duty
- Patrol designated areas as required
- Document incidents, thefts, and safety concerns using TrackTik
- Support store management and liaise with police when required
- Protect persons and property through observation and reporting
Requirements
