The Content and Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of our company’s brand awareness across all online channels.

The Content and Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and all other members of the sales and marketing team in an effort to help grow both awareness and customer satisfaction for Oughtred Coffee & Tea.

The Content and Marketing Manager will act as an important liaison between new / existing customers, our marketing and sales department, and the rest of the team.

The Content and Marketing Manager will look to develop fresh and new content, improve customer satisfaction, engagement and awareness through various online channels.

The Content and Marketing Manager will be evaluated by a number of key metrics including maintaining key brand continuity, relationship development, demographic development, SEO development;

interesting and reflective content, customer engagement, social media engagement, and other related matrix. This is a hybrid job and will require some days in our head office in Delta, BC as well as limited travel around the Vancouver area.

SPECIFIC DUTIESContent Creation : Develop engaging written and visual content for our social media platformsSocial Media Management : Curate and schedule posts, grow our community, and drive brand awareness.

Video and Photo Production : Create captivating videos and images that showcase our products and values.Website Updates : Maintain and enhance our websites, ensuring it stays up to date with brand identities and product offerings.

Light Design Work : Collaborate with designers to create graphics, banners, and other visual assets.Copy Editing : Review and refine content to maintain consistency and clarity.

Branding Updates : Contribute to brand development and ensure alignment across all channels.Community Outreach and Public Relations : Foster relationships with stakeholders, customers, and the local community.

Qualifications : Experience : Minimum 1 years of content management, social media, or digital marketing experience.Skills : Proficiency in content creation tools;

copywriting and editing skills; Familiarity with SEO best practices; Basic design skills (layout, typography, colour); Passion for coffee and sustainability.
