Purpose of the position
The candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) :
- Training in core areas of firefighting including First Aid & CPR, communications, general fire and rescue operations, and fire safety and prevention.
- Attending, at minimum, 25 training events a year.

- Come to us with related training and experience with demonstrated passion to continue to develop in the firefighting field.
- Be between 15 and 18 years of age.
- Be enrolled in high school within the Lac La Biche County.
- Have good conflict resolution skills.
- Be well-developed in public relations skills.

Position details
- Salary starts at and increases when candidate successfully becomes a Firefighter
- Casual position
- Hours : On call for days, evenings and weekends - no guaranteed hours per week
