We are looking for a Commercial Claims Advocacy, Team Lead to join BrokerLink and work out of one of our offices in Alberta, Ontario, or Atlantic region on a Permanent FT Basis .

What the Role Entails :

• Structure BrokerLink's Commercial Claims Advocacy offering and determine need for additional resources
• Lead claims resource for BrokerLink's largest clients
• Actively work with commercial clients, adjusters, carriers, and 3rd party providers to get resolutions for the client using problem solving, influencing and conflict resolution skills
• Support Senior commercial Executives with pre and post claims advocacy and planning.
• Establish commercial claims advocate KPI's
• Maintain strong relationships with our top carriers

The Successful candidate will have :

• If you feel you have the equivalent skills, please apply*
• High School Diploma and / or Post-Secondary Education
• 6-8 years Industry Experience, Claims experience needed
• P&C Insurance License(s) across multiple Canadian provinces preferred
• Previous experience managing a team required
• High degree of professionalism, diplomacy and integrity;
• Excellent customer service skills and adept in conflict resolution.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; multi-tasking.
• Able to work both individually and in a team environment
• EPIC broker management system is required
• Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
