The Opportunity
Duties include wiring, layout and installation of control hardware such as PLC's, DCS systems, contactor relays, protection relays, etc. in a wide variety of control panel applications.
Qualification and skills include a minimum of 1 year experience, mechanical inclination, ability to read and interpret electrical / mechanical drawings, and strong problem‑solving skills. Must work independently or as a team and be willing to work overtime when needed.
Prior experience wiring control panels is preferred, but we will also offer training.
The Role
The Candidate
Education : High School Diploma or DEP preferred.
Work Experience : 6–12 months in a similar role or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Knowledge : Previous experience in mechanics or equipment assembly is an asset. Basic electrical knowledge. Welding knowledge is an asset.
