We are currently seeking Ready Mix Concrete truck drivers with a valid DZ license.

Requirements :

• Valid DZ license + a clean driver abstract (minimum 3 years)
• Knowledgeable about the Highway Traffic Act
• Flexible scheduling and ability to work overtime hours

Duties :

• Perform pre-trip inspections and other health and safety procedures
• Deliver and unload concrete to customer sites in a timely manner
• Be professional with customers / contractors
• Operate trucks in a safe manner
• Clean and maintain truck interior, exterior and drum clean when required.
• Acts as a liaison between the customer and the dispatch office.
• Maintain vehicle in a clean, organized, and safe fashion
• Visually inspect mix, slump and verify load size
• Work closely with dispatch to ensure quickest and safest routes to jobs
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift and assemble concrete chutes weighing 60 lbs.
• Assemble concrete chutes and operate chute controls during the pour
• Records delivery ticket information

Other Information : All offers of employment are conditional upon providing proof of a valid driver's license and clean driver abstract.

Job Types : Full-time

Pay : $30.00-$32.00 per hour

Benefits : medical and dental plan available after 3 month probationary period
