Senior Project Manager
- Responsible for maintaining client relationships and satisfaction.
- Supervise, mentor, coach and train personnel.
- Assist in tendering and awarding of trade contracts.
- Ensure all subcontractors receive drawings and specifications.
- Manage the budget process.
- Prepare and present monthly project cost reports.
- Deal with all day-to-day correspondence and ensure that the job site receives all correspondence in a timely manner.
- Assist in securing new work by participating in estimates, proposals, and presentations as requested.

- Engineering degree or college diploma in Construction Management
- 10+ years experience in the ICI construction industry
- Knowledge of construction, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and general industry practices
- Strong knowledge of safety standard
- Gold Seal Certified / LEED Accredited is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Suretrak, Primavera P3 or P6 is an asset
- Procore and BIM software knowledge is an asset
