We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Marketing and Events Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in coordination, and is ready to bring their event and marketing expertise to a close-knit, hardworking team.
About the Role
As our Marketing and Events Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of both event management and broader marketing coordination.
While you’ll lead the planning and execution of over 35 events annually including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and internal events this role goes beyond event logistics.
You’ll also support EAIGLE’s wider marketing efforts, assisting with marketing campaigns, content creation, and cross-functional initiatives that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
We’re looking for someone who can effectively balance these responsibilities, bringing a proactive approach to both event coordination and broader marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning
Strategic Event Selection : Research, evaluate, and recommend high-impact supply chain and logistics events where EAIGLE’s presence will drive the most value.
Partner with internal teams and industry contacts to identify the best conferences, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Integrated Event Calendar : Own and maintain our comprehensive events calendar, ensuring seamless coordination across all planned events, including internal EAIGLE-hosted events, industry trade shows, webinars, and partner meetups.
End-to-End Event Ownership
Logistics & Execution : Own the entire logistics process, including material shipments, booth setup and teardown coordination, travel accommodations, and on-site communication with contractors.
Ensure all logistical details from booth locations and permits to certificates of insurance are handled proactively.
On-Site Coordination : Attend key events in North America to oversee setup, engage with external event teams, and ensure a smooth execution for the EAIGLE team.
Manage any on-site issues promptly to maintain event quality and effectiveness.
Branded Materials & Swag : Coordinate the design, ordering, and shipment of branded materials, promotional items, and event swag to represent EAIGLE’s brand professionally.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Content Development
- Messaging & Content : Collaborate with speakers and the Director of Marketing to craft impactful talking points, session topics, and engaging content for speaking engagements, webinars, and EAIGLE-hosted events.
- Social Media Alignment : Work closely with the social media team to ensure consistent event promotion, updates, and post-event follow-ups, reinforcing our brand presence across channels.
Performance Analysis and Optimization
Data-Driven Analysis : Track and evaluate event performance metrics such as attendee engagement, lead generation, booth traffic, and ROI.
Analyze insights to inform future strategies, enhance event impact, and optimize resource allocation.
Post-Event Reporting & Feedback : Conduct debriefs after each event to capture insights, share feedback with internal stakeholders, and continuously refine event processes for improved future outcomes.
Marketing Coordination
- Campaign Support : Assist the marketing team with campaign planning and execution, including digital marketing, email campaigns, and lead nurturing efforts.
- Press & Communications Support : Assist in the preparation and distribution of press releases and other public communications, collaborating with team members to promote EAIGLE’s innovations and industry leadership.
- Marketing Support : Provide general marketing coordination support as needed. This includes tasks such as email communications, organizing marketing assets, maintaining records of vendors and partnerships, and facilitating communications with external partners or vendors.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if :
You Bring Proven Experience : You have 2-4 years of marketing and event coordination experience in a B2B environment, ideally within the supply chain and logistics sector.
You have earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. You've successfully managed event calendars, overseeing everything from strategic planning to execution and post-event analysis.
You Have Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with event management platforms, as well as HubSpot, monday.com, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva is an asset.
If you're not already proficient, you're eager to learn (training provided as needed).

- Strong Writing Abilities : Your excellent content development and communication skills enable you to create engaging talking points, social media content, and email campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Problem Solver : You're a proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges, adapts quickly, and remains solution-oriented under pressure.

- Interpersonal Communication : With strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills, you effectively engage internal teams, external partners, and event organizers, building positive relationships that drive success.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized : Your exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities allow you to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without missing a beat.
- Creative Thinker : You thrive on designing fantastic in-person and virtual experiences. You're extremely creative and love brainstorming new and engaging ideas to captivate our audience.
- Adaptable & Independent : You work well independently. You value impact over checklists, optimizing and iterating on plans to achieve maximum results.
Additional Requirements
- Authorized to Travel : You hold a Canadian passport and are authorized to travel to the U.S. You're willing to travel for events as required, embracing the opportunity to represent EAIGLE.
- Hybrid Work Environment : You're able to work onsite in Markham, Ontario, at least three days a week, collaborating closely with the team while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid role.
