​ This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring / Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily maintenance, organization and cleanliness of all kitchen areas, food preparation equipment and storage facilities
• Create, bake, and maintain pastry production items
• Help create sweet and savory pastry / dessert specials for our facilities
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of; baking and prep areas and baking equipment
• Communicates effectively with other departments to ensure guest and business needs are met
• Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
• Assist with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences and banquets
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The starting wage for this role is $21.00 / hour.
