Role
- Organise & maintain training records for all personnel
- Develop training programs and work instructions for manufacturing personnel.
- Ensure all personnel follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Work in conjunction with Director of Quality to maintain compliance in all areas.
- Project planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting on updates.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of training records and work instructions.
- Interpret and present technical data.
- Working with the Management Team to maintain business objectives and key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years recent or manufacturing experience.
- Must have a proven track record dealing with compliance.
- Must have proven presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills required.
- A strong character able to push forward all elements of compliance
- Full understanding of legal requirements for the whole company.
- Dedicated and hardworking.
- Operates well under pressure.
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
