Data Analyst - 20074

Our utility client is looking for a Data Analyst for a half month contract in Vancouver.

This is Onsite role

Pay rate : $21.68 / Hour

Working Hours : 7.50 per Day

Responsibilities

• Retrieving information from PDF files stored in a tracking system to populate an Excel sheet
• Analyzing large sets of data by applying qualitative or quantitative techniques using intermediate skills.
• Maintaining clean data by verifying, validating, and filtering data if needed, to meet data quality requirements.
• Optimizing the reporting process by developing, implementing, and maintaining database systems that effectively manage information.
• Providing relevant reports to acquiring manager by researching, developing, and presenting findings and possible options to support management in delivering results within scope, time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word and Excel)
• Working knowledge of data analysis programs, an asset
• Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
• A minimum one (1) year of directly related work experience or equivalent.

Nice to haves :

• Technical, IT background
• Working with excel (spreadsheets)
• Detail orientated
