The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Housing Services is a member of the Senior Executive Team, reporting to the VP, Finance and Housing.
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple housing programs, ranging from recruitment, hiring, program development, and overall participant and funder satisfaction.
The AVP will thoughtfully assist with setting and driving a renewed strategy with a focus on growth, innovation, culture, and people leadership.
The position includes direct line supervision of the Program Directors and carries Association-wide responsibility for program quality assurance and participant involvement.
The ideal candidate is an innovative leader that brings proven experience managing operational teams in housing programs.
Experience working in fast-paced environments has developed your communications skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in person from YMCA office in downtown Ottawa.
