Overview
We are looking for an experienced and talented Chief Operating Officer that will enhance the company's ongoing operations and procedures, and drive extensive and sustainable growth.
As part of the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible to execute on the strategic vision of the company.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO, CFO and Chief of Staff on a broad range of strategic topics
Work with team members to define, track, and report monthly, quarterly and annual objectives and metrics in an organized and digestible way
Foster a strong sense of cohesion amongst teams
Prepare pitch decks, documentation and additional items needed for funding rounds
Participate in the strategic process of identifying goals, setting company OKRs
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Additional COO related tasks

Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Ability to generate a strategic plan, communicate it, present it visually, and execute it.
Have a passion for working with team members in a fast-paced environment
Have 5+ years experience in senior leadership
Have worked in series style funding
Have 10+ years experience in an operations and managerial role
Bonus) Has previous regulatory / government and telecommunication experience
