The perfect candidate would be someone with experience in operations within the tech industry, as well as someone familiar with start ups and the fashion industry.

Position : Operations ManagerLocation : Downtown Montreal QCSchedule : Hybrid - 3 days in office, 40-50hrs per week

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing e-platform deployment for our apparel retail clients' e-commerce, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of operations.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee e-platform deployment for apparel retail clients' e-commerce
• Assist clients in selecting garments and models on the platform
• Manage existing client relationships and fulfill their needs
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to drive operational excellence

Qualifications :

• Background and network in Fashion Apparel necessary
• Experience in a startup environment
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Undergraduate degree an asset
• Experience in Project Management or in operations
• Bilingualism an asset
• Experience in fundraising an asset
