Tenold Transportation - Owner Operator - Regional BC/AB
Job Description
Tenold Transportation is an established business that operates independently under the umbrella of Mullen Group Ltd., one of Canada’s largest logistics providers .
Tenold has been in operation for over 56 years and offers a wide range of services including less-than-truckload, truckload, warehousing, trans-load, and logistics.
We have a solid client base, experienced sales, customer service and dispatch teams to serve our fleet. We are currently looking for Owner Operators who have their own tractor to serve the BC / AB Region pulling Tenold owned flat deck, step deck and dry vans.
Requirements
You are the ideal candidate if you :
- are located in the Fraser Valley or Lower Mainland,
- can provide a clean commercial abstract that has been printed within the last 30 days,
- have your own WorkSafe BC (WCB) account in good standing,
- have verifiable commercial driving experience in highway, mountain and off-road,
- are able to chain up axles and perform all required duties without restriction,
- have experience and knowledge to properly secure loads,
- are able to be out on the road up to 5 days at a time.
Your truck will be :
- 10 years or newer with a sleeper bunk,
- equipped with appropriate chains and tie-down equipment.

Requirements
You must have a newer tractor - less than 10 years old. You need to be able to understand and communicate in English. You must have your own WorkSafe BC (WCB) number, and a clean driver’s abstract.
You must have 3 years of commercial driving experience, preferably through the mountains.
