Job Title : Receptionist
Location : Halifax
As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for executives and visitors. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative and customer service tasks aimed at ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for employees, clients, and guests.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Plan and organize customer appointments with notaries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
- Keep reception area and waiting room clean and tidy.
- Assist notaries and administrative staff with various office tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency with computer tools and Microsoft Office suite.
