We have partnered with our client in the Indusrial Equipment industry who is looking for a Bilingual Operations Assistant to join their team in Mississauga.

Position : Bilingual Operations Assistant

Employment Type : Full TIme Permanent

Salary Rate : $25 - $26 / hr

Hours : Monday to Friday : 8 : 30 - 5pm w / 1 hour lunch

Location : Mississauga (Matheson Blvd E. & Tomken Rd)

Lanugage Requirement (mandatory) : Bilingual English and French

Responsibilities

  • Assist with ordering parts and preparing quotes
  • Back up to receptionist
  • English & French Translation
  • Administrative duties
  • Supporting Operations and Service Department
  • Assisting with Montreal Showcase (Travel Required)

Qualifications

  • Must be Bilingual French & English
  • Previous experience in an operations or administrative coordination
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
