Lakeshore School Division invites applications for both a 100% and a 50% term Speech Language Pathologist commencing as soon as possible.

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services in Lakeshore School Division.
As a member of the school division, the SLP will promote prevention, early identification and efficient intervention of communication disorders.
This position may require some programming with pre-school children as well as school-based programming. Travel throughout the division will be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology / Communication Disorders.
Licensure by the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists (CASLPM).
Certification by the Speech Language-Pathology and Audiology of Canada is preferred.
3 years experience in the field of Speech Language Pathology is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work and make decisions independently and / or through collaboration as required.
Current knowledge regarding developments in the field of Speech Language Pathology.
Valid Manitoba Driver’s License is required.
Salary : As per MTS Collective Agreement
