Responsibilities :
1. Conceptualization :
a. Study design briefs and understand project requirements.
b. Develop creative concepts for illustrations, logos, layouts, and other visual elements.
2. Design Execution :
a. Create graphics using design software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
b. Ensure consistency in color schemes, typography, and layouts.
3. Collaboration :
a. Work closely with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs.
b. Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs as needed.
4. Testing and Optimization :
a. Test graphics across various media (web, print, social).
b. Ensure all designs are visually appealing and align with our brand guidelines.
Location : GTA (Hybrid)
Duration : Full time permanent
- 10+ years of graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Software Proficiency : Familiarity with design tools and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
- Attention to Detail : Keen eye for aesthetics and ability to focus on the finer points of design.
- Communication : Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
