- Salary : $22.38 to start - increasing to $24.14 after 6 months. 5-year pay progression currently at $30.91Paid weekly with 4% vacation pay paid
- Shift : Permanent 12-hour day and night shift rotation with 7 days off every two weeks.
- Benefits : Benefits after 300 hours with Drake International - 6 months after conversion, company benefits include health, dental, and life insurance, RRSP match and 2 weeks paid vacation
What You'll Do :
- Starting up, operating and shutting down production line safely.
- Loading and unloading products into the production machinery including varieties of large rotating machinery and plastics extrusion.
- Adjust machinery as required and record production information.
- Record production information.
What We're Looking For :
- You must have a hands-on mechanical aptitude and willing to work around heavy equipment.
- Manufacturing / Production experience and previous 12-hour shifts rotation (Days / Nights) highly recommended!
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly and stand all throughout the shift.
- General Math and English skills and the ability to ask clarifying questions.
- Able to work in a team-based environment and have attention to detail.
- Clear Background check is required and CSA approved Steel Toe Boots
