Kitchen Steward

JOIN OUR TEAM The objective of this role is to achieve the highest standards of excellence in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the kitchen remains clean, well-maintained, and organized at all times.

The Kitchen Steward will maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and adhere diligently to sanitation standards. Responsibilities :

• Maintain a ready supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, and more for all food service outlets efficiently.
• Operate the dish machine to clean dishes, silverware, and glassware.
• Assist the Cooks and Servers as necessary.
• Organize and store glassware appropriately, including returning dishware to the correct locations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is considered an asset.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene.
