Overview

Fundamental Areas of Focus

Execution of contracts and agreements for the Canadian product development program with all Field Research Organizations

Facilitation of payments to all Research Organizations under contract

Ensure that all global recharges for the Canadian development program are completed and documented

Support the creation, management and tracking of Canadian Development budget

Order and track product samples for the Development and Technical Sales Agronomist teams

Coordinate with all team members to keep workflow on track (forecasts, orders)

Communicate clearly with team on status of samples and field trial contracts

Evaluate potential problems that may affect workflow and identify solutions

Support Development Manager in the creation of field research protocols, data summarization and preparation of presentations

Organize ARM data and main database by renaming file formats, adding climate data, and maintaining product list database and product archive

Support Research Authorization program for the Portfolio team, including sample ordering, shipment and contracting as required

Support the Finance and Operations team as it relates to the Canadian Development program

Other duties as assigned

Requirment

Degree in agricultural life sciences such as weed science or agronomy

Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite and ARM

Strong knowledge and understanding of the Canada crop protection market and products
