Security Guard - Summerland

Commissionaires BC is currently looking for Security professionals to work at a Government of Canada site in Summerland.

As a Security Officer, you'll be responsible site access control, continuous foot and vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior of the building.

Payrate : $20-22 / hr

Your 'Must Haves' :

• BC Security Workers License.
• Class 5 Drivers License a clear driver’s abstract
• OFA 1
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing security reports
• Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with using computers
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances

Job Duties :

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and providing solutions. Liaison between the site and the public
• Interior and exterior patrols
• Access Control and visitor verification
