Description de posteLead daily garage and track-side operations Deliver high-level customer experiences on and off the track Oversee vehicle service, preparation, and race support Plan and execute track days, race weekends, and driving events Manage staff performance, scheduling, and development Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners Support growth in performance and racing parts sales 3+ years in the automotive service industry 3+ years in a management role Hands‑on motorsports experience (driving, racing, setup, events, or coaching) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to perform under pressure in time‑sensitive environments A passion for motorsports and customer experience Work in a purpose‑driven motorsports environment Be directly involved in racing and track experiences Help shape the future direction and culture of Turn 17 Garage
