Are you known for your excellent communication skills and your ability to connect with people? We are gearing up to hire both part-time and full-time representatives for upcoming positions in New Brunswick.
As a Customer Service Representative , you will provide telephone assistance on behalf of a public sector entity by answering citizen informational needs.

This position is up to a temporary mandate : this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get to know our dynamic team!

Responsibilities
Your position at a glance :
- Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring a phone assistance;
- Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Eligibility criteria : Be available during the following business hours : Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm.
- EST). Full-time and part-time positions are available (from 20 to 40 hours a week);Live in New Brunswick;At home, have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space;
- Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you enjoy helping and interacting with people!
- Being bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
