Our client is searching for a Client Service Specialist to join their growing team in the west end of Ottawa. As the Client Service Specialist you take great pride in your work, and creating a great client experience. Does this sound like you?

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume of client calls and emails
• Advise clients on products and services
• Record all information, interactions, and transactions into system
• Leverage your customer service and problem solving skills to handle escalations
• Follow up with clients on unresolved inquiries

Qualifications

• Fluently bilingual in French and English
• Excellent customer service skills; problem solving, active listening, and empathy
• Ability to keep up with a fast paced, high volume environment
• Take pride in your work, and in building lasting client relationships
• Enjoy challenges, and taking initiative
