Our client is searching for a Client Service Specialist to join their growing team in the west end of Ottawa. As the Client Service Specialist you take great pride in your work, and creating a great client experience. Does this sound like you?

Responsibilities
- Answer high volume of client calls and emails
- Advise clients on products and services
- Record all information, interactions, and transactions into system
- Leverage your customer service and problem solving skills to handle escalations
- Follow up with clients on unresolved inquiries
Qualifications
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Excellent customer service skills; problem solving, active listening, and empathy
- Ability to keep up with a fast paced, high volume environment
- Take pride in your work, and in building lasting client relationships
- Enjoy challenges, and taking initiative
