Position Overview :
As a Shop Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shop remains clean, organized, and efficient. You will assist our technicians and support staff in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor, tools, and equipment.
- Assist technicians with basic tasks, such as moving vehicles, parts, and tools.
- Dispose of waste materials and hazardous substances according to safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on shop equipment.
- Restock supplies and materials as needed.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Class 5 License preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
