Job Summary

Join our team as the key point of contact, providing first-rate customer service support.

  • Engaging with clients to understand and address their service concerns and needs, ensuring thorough communication and assistance.
  • Address daily inquiries
  • Navigate requests, and lead the resolution process for any escalated issues.
  • Playing a crucial role in advising clients on the benefits of their insurance coverage and offering alternatives to consider before making any changes.
  • Assisting clients in navigating our digital insurance management tools to ensure they maximize their benefits.
  • Managing documentation related to client accounts and services.
  • Addressing product-related questions and handling administrative tasks associated with client accounts.
  • Following up on complaints and escalations to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Working diligently to resolve issues promptly and clearly, maintaining adherence to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information provided to clients, verifying all details and updating records as necessary.
  • Upholding professionalism, patience, and understanding at all times as a representative of our brand.
  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Community College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of life, disability, and medical group and individual insurance, along with customer service experience.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • ACS (Associate Customer Service) certification is a plus.
  • ALMI (Associate Life Management Institute) certification is beneficial.
  • Capable of performing insurance customer service and administrative duties.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales support environment.
