Job Description
Responsabilités principales :
- Saisie de données; -
- Émission de lettres recommandées;
- Commander des rapports d’inspections et suivi des recommandations;
- Émission de certificats d’assurance;
- Envoyer des états de compte à la fin de mois conformément à la procédure définie
- Joindre avis de financement de prime aux pièces-jointes clients
- Connaissance des outils informatiques (logiciel de gestion des polices, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook)
- Gérer activement les courriels sur une base quotidienne
- Participer activement aux réunions d’équipe

Requirements
- DEC en administration, en assurances et services financiers ou toutes autres formations pertinentes ; Un minimum de trois mois d'expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance collective serait souhaitable ;
- Certificat en assurance collective émis par l'AMF (un atout) ; Bonne capacité et intérêt à travailler en équipe ; Faire preuve d'un bon esprit d'analyse ;
Avoir un bon sens de l'organisation et de gestion des priorités ; Bonne connaissance de la suite Office
