NetSuite Administrator

Join our team as a NetSuite Administrator! In this role you'll be responsible for analyzing business needs for internal stakeholders for our cloud-based enterprise NetSuite.

The ideal candidate will be based in one of our Home Office locations in Calgary or Vancouver.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Creating configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet business needs
• Creating & updating saved searches & reports to fit the company needs
• Building department dashboards for measuring core KPIs
• Providing on‑going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system
• Driving testing, planning, execution, and optimization support
• Working with end‑users to understand business needs to identify best solutions
• Performing day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting activities through prioritization of requests
• Implementing and managing workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons / links
• Supporting the configuration, development, and continued evolution of the NetSuite ERP system
• Documenting and refining administrative processes and delegating them to lower levels of support where practical

FYihealth group aims to create a comprehensive rewards package to attract and retain top talent. The expected compensation for this position is between $99,000 to $120,000 annually considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications. Base pay is just one component of our overall Total Rewards offering.
