Carpet Cleaner

Role Overview:
The Carpet Cleaner completes residential and commercial carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning as directed by the Cleaning Division Manager.

Requirements:
Candidates will have:

• IICRC – CCT and UFT
• IICRC – OCT is desirable
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Valid class 5 driver’s license

Skills:

• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Maintain a flexible work schedule
• Ability to work as part of a team

KPI’s:

• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings according to survey results
• Complete all jobs according to schedule requirements
• Adhere to company safety policy at all times
• Ensure truck mounts are prevented from freezing at all times
• Attend all required meetings

Role Responsibilities

• Communicate information regarding jobs and job status to Division Manager
• Attend the office daily to hand in paperwork
• Maintain equipment and supplies in a clean, professional and organized manor at all times
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies and materials
• Complete maintenance logs for all company truck mounts
• Maintain professional demeanor at all times
• Maintain IICRC certifications
• Participation in on-site estimates as required
• Daily tasks as assigned by division manager
