Job Description
As a Sales Representative (Province of British Columbia), you will be involved in MEDFAR's sales activities. The incumbent will be involved in the business development and sale of MYLE, our electronic medical record, to front-line establishments in Canada.
Under Todd (Regional Sales Manager in BC), you will join a multidisciplinary team whose mandate is to support the strong growth of MEDFAR by participating in sales efforts.
This team is composed of 4 persons (with SDR and Account Executive). As a Sale Development Representative, your main focus will be outbound activities.
Your main responsibilities will be :
- Participate in the development of its territory and analyze new sales and upsell opportunities.
- Establish communication with first-line healthcare establishments in order to present our range of products.
- Travel to clinics in British Columbia to meet potential clients and present them with the functionalities that come with the MYLE application.
- Coordinate and participate in product demonstrations among potential users.
- Collaborate with the internal team and the Sales Manager on various projects aimed at optimizing sales and standing out from the competition.
- Ensuring customer follow-ups and bridging the gap with the internal team if necessary.
- Establish / maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ability to leverage them for new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the Account executive to increase overall sales quotas and win rates.
Working condition :
- This job requires commuting to our clients' offices (3-4 days per week)
- Candidates must have a car and a valid driver license.
- Salary : 65 - 75 based on the experience + Commission + Company bonus + cell & car allowance
Qualifications
Ideally :
- University degree in business administration, communication, or other related discipline;
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales;
- Proven prospecting and market penetration experience, in a similar sector (asset);
- Interest and passion for sales;
- Determination and ease to quickly establish good relationships with clients;
- Team player with a positive mindset;
- Good knowledge and autonomy in the use of technologies;
- Known for excelling in a fast-paced and competitive environment;
- Advanced level of English (both oral and written);
- Knowledge of the province of British Columbia's health system (asset).
Assets :
- Keen interest in computers.
- Medical office assistant (MOA) experience.
- Understanding of medical clinical processes.
- Prospective client lead generation tool experience.
- Salesforce software experience.
- Customer service and Marketing experience.
