Legal Assistant - Hybrid
Position : Legal Assistant - Labour Law Location : Downtown Montreal - Hybrid Salary : $55K to $70K Our client, a prestigious law firm, located in the heart of Downtown Montreal, is currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to become an integral part of their team.

What is offered to you : - Health benefits including dental, medical, LTD, STD paid at 100% - 3 weeks of vacation per year - RRSP match up of up to 4% - Hybrid work model of 3 days in office + 2 days remote We would love to meet : - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with clients from outside of the Quebec region - Completed DEP or DEC in Office Administration with specialization in legal studies or relevant field of studies - At least 3 years of experience in legal secretarial work - Proficiency in Word (advanced functions) and strong knowledge of the MS Office suite - Organizational skills, strong initiative, and resourcefulness - Ability to handle emergencies and prioritize tasks Main Responsibilities : - Scheduling appointments and meeting deadlines - Formatting large documents and proofreading - Transcribing dictations - Handling phone communications with clients - Managing contacts in Interaction - Tracking correspondence - Opening files - Updating documents and presentations - Documenting and updating various lists as needed;
