You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, providing support to their team members and maintaining a welcoming and organised office environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support :
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Office Organization :
- Maintain a clean and organised office space.
- Order and restock office supplies.
- Ensure office equipment is in working order.
- Team Assistance :
- Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Help plan and execute company events and meetings.
- Visitor and Client Reception :
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage conference room bookings.
- Ensure a positive office experience for all guests.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
