Territory Manager (sales)
Job Description
NAPA is currently looking for a Territory Manager for the South Shore region of Montreal, Estrie, Lanaudière and Outaouais

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will :
- Support and guide associate store owners in all aspects of their business
- Develop and grow the sales and distribution network in its territory, and the NAPA auto parts partner network
- Implement, promote and follow up on NAPA programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store team members, customers and distribution centers.
- Promote our programs to ensure maximum adherence : plan sales efforts with dedicated sales force and collaborate with Banner Coordinators to increase market penetration.
- Hold regular business reviews with store managers.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need :
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Sales and business development skills with good budget and analytical experience
- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be working frequently with internal customers across Canada;
