Description

Equinox Engineering is seeking a high-intermediate to Senior Electrical Designer to join our multidisciplinary Electrical Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience, strong 3D modelling capabilities, and proven design lead experience within oil & gas, pipelines, and industrial facilities. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical design packages, coordinating with engineering and drafting teams, and providing technical mentorship within the group

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting

• Prepare and develop electrical deliverables including :
• Single line diagrams
• Schematics and wiring diagrams
• Lighting layouts
• Power distribution drawings
• Cable tray routing
• Grounding layouts
• Motor control and equipment layouts
• Perform 3D modelling of electrical systems in accordance with project standards.
• Develop and maintain design models and ensure integration with other disciplines (Piping, Mechanical, Civil / Structural, Instrumentation, etc.).
