The Content and Campaign Specialist is responsible for leading the development and execution of content strategies and marketing campaigns that enhance NDT Global’s brand visibility and market positioning. This role oversees the creation, distribution, and management of high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels, supporting external promotional initiatives and internal stakeholder needs. The role collaborates with Communications, People & Culture, Product Management, and Sales to ensure messaging is aligned with the corporate identity and brand strategy. A key focus is transforming technical information and thought leadership into compelling visual and written assets that inform, engage, and convert; and maximizing audience reach to support business growth by influencing the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Create a wide range of compelling content assets for platforms including websites, social media, PowerPoint presentations, videos, and sales enablement materials.
- Develop and execute integrated campaign strategies in coordination with Sales, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Translate complex technical information and thought leadership into engaging, visually compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee the entire content creation lifecycle from ideation to production and publication, ensuring consistent quality and messaging.
- Produce and edit high-quality video content and graphics optimized for engagement and search visibility.
- Prepare and present campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions and monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Uphold and enforce brand integrity across all campaigns and content in line with corporate identity, design standards, and communication style.

Education
A bachelor’s degree from a university or technical college in Marketing, Design, Communication, or related field is requiredMust be proficient in spoken and written EnglishExperience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing content creation or related field with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality and engaging content.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.Proficient with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and a strong eye for visual storytelling.Experience in development, execution, and management of integrated marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies for performance.Understanding of digital marketing channels and concepts, including social media and digital marketingExperience in a global and cross-cultural environment is preferred.Background in professional services or B2B organizations is preferred.Familiarity with SEO best practices is preferred.Experience using Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is an asset.Software
