Civeo Canada is recruiting for an Operations Coordinator -Summer Student. We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience across various operational facets, contributing to business process improvements, proposals, and client stewardship reporting.

Please note this is a temporary position (4 - 8 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of business proposals.
• Provide meeting and committee support by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking and distributing notes.
• Other additional and / or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or leaders as needed.
• Develop reports for client analysis and decision-making.
• Build and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications / Requirements :

• Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required, and the candidate must have the ability to prepare relevant documentation, communications and correspondence with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and respect in all interactions.
• Innovative, collaborative, and self-motivated.
• Demonstrated ability to work well independently.
• Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity.
