The Role As a key member of our team the Spa Practitioner is responsible for performing professional massages, facials, and body treatments to the guest.

They must have a thorough knowledge of massage modalities, be certified in skin care, possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings.

They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.

Your contributions to the team include : Providing consistent professional massage and body treatments following spa protocols and accepted certification practices.

Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures. Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

A few things we are looking for in a new team member : Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.

Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge. Must be a team player. Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, significant use of memory.

The desire for continuous learning. Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. Minimum 2 years of Spa experience.
