Our GTA based, Municipal Government Client requires the services of a Senior Maximo Developer to support their Track and Structure, RCS Vehicle and Streetcar for Maximo Implementation work streams.
ROLE :
This work assignment is scoped to address work associated with the business analysis, development and configuration, process re-engineering & work transformation and training of Maximo solution for various maintenance teams of our Client.
Duties include :
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems project streams.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand needs and pain points.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas where current systems or processes fall short.
- Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for EAM solutions.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and meetings.
- Design and architect EAM solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure Maximo software systems to align with business processes and requirements.
- Ensure that EAM solutions meet industry best practices and standards.
- Develop reusable training materials (e.g., user manuals, training videos, presentations) for EAM system users.
- Conduct UAT and training sessions for end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to users as they learn to use the EAM system.
MUST HAVE :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business, or equivalent work experience in the work and asset management domain
- At least 10 years of experience as a Systems analyst or a Developer on Maximo Systems
- Hands-on experience with the IBM Maximo V7.5 and above database schema
- Experience in PL / SQL and Oracle SQL programming
