The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
- Performing project-based work as assigned.
- Handling data entry tasks and collating and updating information in to the system.
- Assisting in filing and scanning of documents.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
- Administering leave records, medical and insurance claims.
- Handling monthly payroll administration.
- Managing contract negotiations and ensuring fulfillment of terms of vendor agreements and contracts.
- Liaising with third-party suppliers and / or vendors.
- Managing and maintaining executives’ schedules and appointments.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Data Entry or Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Professional Services and Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industry.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
