e4c’s Long-Term Supported Housing provides a home to individuals with complex mental health and addictions who require 24 / 7 on-site support. Operating from a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and harm reduction approach, residents work with onsite staff to set and work towards their own self-identified recovery goals pertaining to overall wellness and recovery.

As Shift Lead, you will lead by example, supporting your team through relationship-based practices, strengthening operational consistency, and fostering an environment that respects Indigenous worldviews and cultural diversity. You will help residents achieve their self-identified wellness goals while creating a supportive, safe, and inclusive community.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support Community Support Workers through daily supervision, mentoring, and coaching.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work culture while upholding e4c’s values, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in ensuring smooth daily operations and completion of frontline responsibilities.
• Collaborate on the creation and implementation of individualized recovery-oriented care plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including incident reports and resident updates.
• Report on resident progress and program outcomes to support contractual requirements.
• Foster environments of empathy, respect, and community-building among residents.
