As a Business Strategist with Calgary Housing (CH), you will play a key role in advancing Calgary Housing's strategic and operational objectives by supporting high-priority initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, housing outcomes, and resident experience.
Reporting to the Leader, Engagement & Special Projects, you will advance divisional strategy, performance measurement, and special projects that drive innovation and improve service delivery. Acting as a bridge between policy, planning, data, and implementation, you will translate strategic goals into actionable insights and foster collaboration across teams. You will contribute to business planning, analytics, and research while supporting culture-building and change initiatives aligned with Calgary Housing's vision - that every resident has an opportunity to thrive.
