Client Acquisition Specialist (Entry Level)

At Arcera , we don’t just sell - we compete and play to win! Based in North York and operating since 2021, Arcera has built a strong reputation in face‑to‑face sales, running B2B and B2C campaigns for top-tier clients. We currently partner with TELUS to offer residential sales opportunities across the GTA, helping customers upgrade their home services through direct, relationship‑based outreach.

We help people step into leadership roles, gain real‑world business experience, and grow fast—personally and professionally. With hands‑on mentorship, ongoing training, and a strong team vibe, we’re here to help you win.

What you’ll be doing :

Arcera partners with well‑known brands to drive sales growth through face‑to‑face interactions and personalized customer engagement. You’ll learn proven sales processes in your first week, to close 2+ customers to build early success.

Marketing & Brand Representation :

We act as an extension of our clients’ marketing teams, ensuring a strong brand presence. You’ll have the opportunity to represent our brand at exciting events like the CNE, sporting events, and trade shows, engaging a wide range of customers and making an impact in a dynamic, high‑energy setting.

Leadership & Management Development :

Arcera provides training and mentorship programs to help team members grow into leadership roles. We emphasize professional development, confidence building, and business skills. You’ll have access to mentorship, hands‑on support, and a proven system to help you grow your skills and income.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary education is a plus).
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing for 0‑3 years.
  • Strong communication skills – ability to engage with customers and build relationships.
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented – thrives in a performance‑based environment.
