Commercial Marketing Performance Coordinator
We are looking for a Commercial Marketing Performance Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Trade Performance Bonus Associate to support KPI performance analysis and contribute to the development and implementation of performance objectives.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work on meaningful projects that align with our company goals and support our marketing strategy.
Location : Montreal, Canada
Salary : 55k to 58K
Start date : as soon as possible
Schedule : 9am to 5pm and overtime possible
The position is Hybrid : 50% remote and 50% in office in Downtown Montreal.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the tracking, finalization, and recording of performance results at the end of each pay period.
Perform and leverage analysis to ensure KPI relevance, assisting in the development of both short- and long-term objectives, and recommending improvements.
Assist the Trade Performance Bonus Associate with target setting, actively participating in the target-setting process.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience :
Experience :
Proven ability to work under pressure while managing multiple deliverables and timelines.
Experience engaging with stakeholders and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Technical / Functional Skills :
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic macros).
Familiarity with MicroStrategy or similar reporting tools.
Basic proficiency in Python for running simple scripts and automating tasks.
Basic understanding of SQL to execute queries and retrieve data from databases.
Experience with Spark for data processing tasks involving large datasets.
Strong understanding of data analysis principles, with a focus on data entry best practices and maintaining large datasets.
Education / Qualifications :
Basic coding skills in Python, Spark, and SQL.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Beneficial Skills :
Familiarity with BAT's Commercial Marketing strategy and key corporate objectives.
Experience working with a Field Force or sales-oriented team.
Additional skills in Machine Learning or data science.
Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
