Our client is looking for a Int. UX Researcher to utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to answer design and / or business questions.
12 month contract; fully remote within BC; 37.5hrs / week
Must Haves
- 3-5 years experience conducting UX Research , particularly for omnichannel products and services.
- Experience with standard UX Research methodologies (e.g. interviews, field studies / ethnography, diary studies, task analysis, formative and summative usability tests, A / B testing, surveys, heuristic evaluations, competitive analysis, etc.)
- Experience creating UX Research artifacts such as journey maps, personas, affinity diagrams, highlight reels, etc.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Nice to Haves
- Possesses an understanding of digital analytics and how it complements UX Research.
- Ability to develop creative approaches to researching complex UX problems.
