ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates. We are currently accepting resumes from dedicated and energetic individuals who are looking for a position as a Labour at our Calmont Equipment location in Bobcat of Edmonton AB.

As a Labour, your primary responsibility is to assist the Journeyman Technicians, Shop Foreman, and Service Manager with housekeeping and maintenance of the shop, equipment, tools, yard, vehicles and repairing small engine components. You would also be delivering machines back and forth to customers. Some job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Complete preventative maintenance tasks.
• Complete small engine repairs.
• Clean and organize company’s tools and equipment and ensure that all are accounted for.
• Advise management of any conditions that may be hazardous to customers and/or employees.
• Dispose of failed and replaced material and parts.
• Maintain the cosmetic appearance of all units being worked on; i.e. seat covers, wiping grease from cab, etc.
• Wash and clean units.
• Obtain and/or delivers parts.
• Deliver units to customers or other vendors.
• May assist with minor building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, etc.

Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENC

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License is required.
• Valid Class 3 Drivers License considered an asset.
• Air Endorsement is required.
• Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable driving large vehicles and trucks.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
